DIY Green Cleaning Products: How to Make Citrus-Infused Vinegar

Once you’ve chosen the type of citrus peels you will be using, set out a glass jar for you and your family to collect them in as they become available. When the first peels are added to the jar, pour in enough white vinegar to completely submerge them, then close the container. As more peels become available, add them to the jar as well. If there comes a time when you notice some peels aren’t fully submerged, add more vinegar to the container until the peels are once again completely immersed in the liquid.
